Steven Fortner
Assistant Account Manager
We’re pleased to add Steven Fortner to the Prominent Placement team as Assistant Account Manager. Steven earned his B.B.A. with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Steven held several marketing internships that helped develop a broad marketing skill set, and eventually uncovered a passion for online marketing. After an internship working on a high-budgeted web 2.0 campaign, Steven continued working in online communications for a large multinational corporation. Here he acted as webmaster and helped manage a number of websites and an army of web contributors.
Fun facts about Steven:

Steven loves being physically active and frequents the gym, the tennis court, the swimming pool, and the park for an afternoon run.

He tries to be the first one to see a new movie once it’s released and still watches those Disney classics from his childhood. He just watches a lot of movies.

Before college, Steven earned an income playing the violin at weddings, churches, musicals, and concerts.
Steven says, “In a past life, I worked in corporate online communications, and this opportunity helped uncover my strength in multitasking. I find working on several items at once exciting and always pride myself on getting things done without sacrificing the quality of my work. My work experience has also exposed me to a wide range of online marketing fields including social media, SEO, corporate communications, online form creation, content development, and online campaign development. This broad exposure helps me understand what’s going on in the web and how SEM can be utilized to maximize campaign results.
